A. For flexible cancelation bookings:
There are no cancellation fees for cancellation up to 3 days before arrival. For changes or cancellations after 3 days will be charged one night.
In case of no-show, the total amount of the booking will be charged.

B. For non refundable cancelation bookings:
No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply. At a non-refundable reservation in case of modification, cancellation, on-show the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

The apartments are located on Ermou street in Monastiraki area, 50 meters away from the metro station “Monastiraki”, The historic area of Plaka is 100 meters far away and Synatgma “Constitution Square” in on 600 meters.
The area is safe, but as happens in almost all the capitals of the world, tourists have an increased risk of losing something. In any case if you have insured your personal items do not have to fear anything.
